Meet Your Hosts: Gina & Rory

Gina Fratello is a Luxury Travel Advisor, European Travel Specialist, Cruise Aficionado and Wine Enthusiast. A former Executive Vice President of a luxury plastic and cosmetic surgery group, Gina has spent years cultivating relationships with top travel insiders, hoteliers, cruise lines, and exclusive experience providers across the globe, both for her personal travels and for her clients. These connections allow her to offer clients VIP treatment, private access, and bespoke experiences that simply aren’t available to the average traveler.

Rory Cully (Gina's husband) adds a dynamic presence as co‑host, sharing in the joy of discovery and helping to foster the welcoming atmosphere that makes these journeys so memorable. Rory spent the first 30 years of his life living in England (with time in South Africa as well) and brings an insider's point of view to Europe travel.

Their shared appreciation for wine began in 2008, when they were a new couple lingering over glasses at a little wine bar on West 72nd Street in New York City. The name has long since escaped them, but the memory—and the curiosity it sparked—never has. A year later, they made their first winery visit together at Freixenet near Barcelona and have visited many more wineries across the globe. Today, Gina’s perfect glass is a chilled Miraval Rosé enjoyed poolside or by the sea, while Rory prefers a bold Decoy Cabernet. At home near Tampa, they’re happiest grilling by the pool, with their furry Shiba Inu's nearby, attending local wine seminars, or discovering a wonderful restaurant with new friends. For Gina and Rory, wine has never been only about what’s in the glass—it’s about the places, conversations, and people gathered around it.

Together, Gina and Rory create an experience that feels less like a cruise and more like traveling with friends — where every glass of wine and every conversation deepen the sense of community.
